written description to www.WFN.tv/adopt illustrating why you suffer from “D.A.D. – Deprived Angler
Disorder” and need to be “adopted” by WFN. You could win a brand-new fully rigged Stratos 176 XT
fishing boat! (Approximate value $15,000).

“D.A.D. – Deprived Angler Disorder” is a term created by WFN to help identify
those anglers who need the most help in improving their fishing performance. Some of the more
common symptoms of D.A.D. include Empty Net Syndrome, Casting Elbow, Worm-O-Phobia and
Impoverished Tackle Box.

Following the contest deadline, a select panel of judges will choose the grand prize winner based on
creativity, originality, innovation, and overall persuasiveness of the entry. The three Adopt an
Angler submissions which receive the highest number of online votes as of July 31, 2008 will each be
awarded a $250 gift card to a fishing retailer of their choice along with a WFN prize pack.
