The counting method may be ineffective (i don’t know) but how can you say the hunt is NOT sustainable if you have NO numbers (from your own count) to back your claim? Let’s first agree on an effective way to count the bears (I am not saying the government’s method is not effective – it is what the group claims) and then decide if the hunt is not sustainable.
