My Response To A Handgun Ban

I have been working on a little video to visually share my opinion on the pointless notion of banning handguns in Canada. Some politcians are suggesting we need a ban on handguns in light of a student being killed in their school last week. The idiot that shot this student would not have been impacted by such a ban.

There is no sound to the video so don’t go blaming your sound card. It’s just a simple message. I hope it is understood.

Surprisingly, the Toronto Star published an opinion ‘piece’ (a collection of thoughts from various people) that suggests other people agree with the point I am trying to make in the article. A quote I like from the article is,

Toronto has a major issue with guns, gang-related shootings and out-of-control violence. Do not confuse that with the law-abiding hunter, sports shooter or those who possess firearms for self-defence. Banning all firearms in this country will do nothing to stop the senseless violence.
