Retrospect…Where Are You?!

thinker.jpg “Retrospect”…that unattainable piece of knowledge that we only receive in the future regarding any decision we make in the present.

Should I fish this weed bed or lake structure? Should I stand on this ridge or focus my attention looking north down the logging road? There are some big decisions to be made while hunting or fishing. Wouldn’t it be nice to able to look at something in retrospect before it happened? You would know which trail the deer or moose would travel. You would know which lake structure was holding the most fish during the tournament. Take the guy in this video for example.

I’ll bet he would not have let himself be strapped in if he knew what waited for him at the bottom of his jump. Pay careful attention to the water as he approaches it during his fall.
